Place Golden Delight Premium Parboiled Rice in a deep pot with the water, cinnamon,
cardamom and salt.
Stir, bring to a boil, turn down heat and cook until all the water is absorbed and the grains tender.
Add the milk and cook gently, stirring from time to time to prevent scorching, until milk is
absorbed and the mixture is creamy.
Stir in butter, sugar and essence.Remove from heat, leave to cool.
To Serve
place 1 Tbs of Strawberry jam in Sundae glass, spoon the creamy rice over and decorate with almond slices and cherries
